It is with the greatest of pleasures that PMGJazz introduces you to our latest international collaboration “Sofia София” by the extraordinary Viennese punk-jazz sextet CANEI RAU. A raw sounding record, living on the very edge between no-wave guitar music and primitive percussion rituals, this fantastic group of improvisers moves seamlessly through the many moods of this hour-long exploration of sonic extremes. Always uneasy, but never not at home. A music after our own hearts. (Danceable?)
